A recent briefing (although dated incorrect year) from Tower Hamlets Council to all Headteachers given on 25th February 2020 regarding the RSE Policy for schools has been shared around on Social Media.
The briefing is alarming and is filled with factual and legal inaccuracies that are guiding Schools down a precarious path, potentially pitting schools against parents. We have all seen the concerning fallout that unravelled in Birmingham and Tower Hamlets Council seem to be only agitating the situation instead of allaying fears and concerns of parents and schools.
